The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of David Edward Abdalla, #141099. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
David Edward Abdalla is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on April 9, 1975 from Macomb County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
