The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Lindell Brown, #585043. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Lindell Brown is serving a term of 9y6m-20y for the crime of Manufacture of Cocaine Under 1,000 Grams. He was sentenced on November 18, 2005 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
