The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 23, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Bradley William Murdock, #304888. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, MI.
Bradley William Murdock is serving a term of 10y-20y for the crime of Home Invasion-1st Degree. He was sentenced on March 18, 2002 from Genesee County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
