The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 24, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Robert Burt Foster, #126072.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.

Robert Burt Foster is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.  He was sentenced on February 5, 1974 from Wayne County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
