The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 9, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Willie J. Causey. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Willie J. Causey is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine, and a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver/Manufacture Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on September 20, 1994 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
