A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Walter Aaron Troupe

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 3, 2010, to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Walter Aaron Troupe. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Grandview Plaza Building, Lansing, MI.
Walter Aaron Troupe was sentenced to Comply with Probation plan dated 4/27/2009 and $120 Probation fee for the crime of Attempted - Controlled Substance - Poss/Analogue. He was sentenced on April 27, 2009 from Macomb County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole and Commutation Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
