The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 20, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Michael Leroy Davis, #130128. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Michael Leroy Davis is serving a term of 30y-60y for the crime of 4th Armed Robbery, a term of 4y-30y for the crime of 4th Weapons-Firearms-Possession by Felon, and a term of 2y-2y for the crime of Felony Firearm. He was sentenced on March 1, 2010 from Macomb County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
