The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 to consider the possible parole of Marshall Terry, #127565. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Marshall Terry is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Armed Robbery. He was sentenced on November 7, 1977 (Re-sentenced June 16, 1978) out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
