The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Peter Bahri, #761224. It will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Peter Bahri was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 2y1m-10y for the crime of Breaking and Entering (three counts). He was sentenced on September 1, 2011 out of Oakland County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244.
