The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Henry Harper, #136586. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Henry Harper is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Second Degree Murder. He was sentenced on October 27, 1978 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
