The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Douglas Neff, #180183. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Douglas Neff is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on July 3, 1985 out of Isabella County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
