The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Thomas Colley, #143352. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Thomas Colley is serving three concurrent Life sentences for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree (three counts). He was sentenced on January 31, 1984 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
