The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 to consider the possible parole of George Carter, #130300. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
George Carter is serving two concurrent Life sentences for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree and Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on February 25, 1977 and February 28, 1977 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
