The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2015 to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Jason Agnew, #290311. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center; Charles E. Egeler Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Jason Agnew was sentenced to a term of 2y-8y for the crime of 3rd Felonious Assault, a term of 11y-25y for the crime of 3rd Assault with Intent to Rob while Armed, a term of 5y-5y for the crime of 2nd Felony Firearm and a term of 2y-2y for the crime of 3rd Firearm Possession by Felon. He was sentenced on October 8, 2008 out of Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
