The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 21, 2016 to consider the possible parole of Larry Silsby, #156315. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Larry Silsby is serving two Life sentences for the crimes of 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and Kidnapping. He was sentenced on May 21, 1979 out of Oakland County.
Brian J. Shipman, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
