The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 24, 2016 to consider the possible parole of Richard Thomas, #217084. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Michigan Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Richard Thomas is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree. He was sentenced on May 31, 1991 out of Wayne County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
