The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 27, 2017 to consider the possible parole of Steven Horowitz, #311640. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
Steven Horowitz is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Controlled Substance-Delivering/ Manufacturing Narcotics/Cocaine 650 Grams or More. He was sentenced on May 24, 2000 out of Oakland County.
Jerome L. Warfield and Sonia A. Warchock, Members of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
