The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 14, 2017 to consider the possible parole of Rollin Payne, #132050. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the RGC Administrative Conference Room; Charles E. Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, Michigan.
Rollin Payne is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on February 23, 1972 out of Monroe County.
Anthony E. O. King and Sandra Wilson, Members of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
