A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Melissa Chapman, #196612

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 28, 2018 to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Melissa Chapman, #196612.  It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.

Melissa Chapman was sentenced to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree - Premeditated. She was sentenced on October 19, 1988 out of Genesee County.

Jerome L. Warfield, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
