The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thusday, August 12, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible parole of Donald Ferguson, #122782. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.
Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than August 10, 2021 to confirm attendance.
Donald Ferguson is serving two Life sentences for the crimes of Assault with Intent to Commit Murder and Robbery Armed. Donald Ferguson was sentenced on April 3, 1984 out of Oakland County.
Brian Shipman, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
When logging into the hearing, your video must be turned off and audio muted to eliminate distraction during the hearing.

The Michigan Department of Corrections harvested over 100,000 pounds of fresh food through various horticulture training programs and recreational gardens.
The Northern Region John Davids Recruit Academy Class graduation took place on Nov. 20 at Lake Superior State University and recognized 48 new officers. The class is the largest northern region academy to graduate since 2016. New officers will help to reduce vacancies at facilities across the Upper Peninsula.
