About the Data Collection Agency
The Data Collection Agency was established by the Insurance Code of 1956 - Public Act 218 for the purpose of effectuating the worker's compensation data requirements of Public Act 218. Annually, the Governing Board of the Data Collection Agency holds a public meeting to review the rate indication development process and the indication proposed by the Data Collection Committee.
