NAIC Uniform Continuing Education Reciprocity Course Filing Form (CER)
For a Continuing Education (CE) course to receive approval via reciprocity, the CE provider's status must be Active and must have at least one (1) CE course approved under the Michigan application process.
Submit the following items:
- CER form
- Appropriate filing fees and the FIS 0407 Fee Processing Card portion of the
FIS 0406/0407 CE Course/Provider Approval form - Home state approval must be less than 2 years old
- Detailed content outline for classroom course work approved by the home state
- Detailed table of contents and one copy of the course materials for self-study course work

Should the coursework not meet Michigan's guidelines for awarding credits for self-study programs, Michigan may reduce the number of credit hours granted by the provider's home state. Providers will be allowed to appeal all decisions under Michigan's guidelines for course approval.
