Michigan Army National Guard to Host Culinary Recruiting Event for ProStart Students During MiCareerQuest Southwest

Event will highlight unique and rewarding career paths for culinary professionals in the Michigan Army National Guard

LANSING, Mich. — The Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG) in partnership with the Michigan Hospitality Foundation (MHF) and with assistance from local high school culinary students enrolled in ProStart, will prepare meals in Mobile Kitchen Trailers for 4,000 eighth-grade students during MiCareerQuest Southwest on October 24-25, 2023 at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center, 2900 Lake St., Kalamazoo.

  • WHEN: October 24-25, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Optimal time for media interviews is 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. each day.
