Unique to this year’s Annual Training is the Michigan National Guard’s (MING) participation in Vigilant Guard, an all-hazards exercise which begins with a large-scale MOBEX and includes opportunities for the MING to improve cooperation and relationships with civilian, military and federal partners as they activate and employ response plans to simulated emergencies and catastrophic events.
