TAMC Coordinator
Sarah Plumer, PTP is a Senior Transportation Planner at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) and is a certified Professional Transportation Planner (PTP) through the Transportation Professional Certification Board. She has a bachelor's degree in Geography from Wayne State University and a master's degree from Eastern Michigan University in Urban Planning. Sarah has been in the Transportation Planning field for 12 years and has worked at a Metropolitan Planning Organization, Transit Agencies, Advocacy Groups and with Local Road Agencies. She has experience in Asset Management and data collection on the County and Local Community Level. She is also experienced in grant writing and administration, multi-agency coordination, public engagement, asset management planning, as well as local, state, and federal policy and funding program analysis.
