Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division Open House and Recruiting Event
The Michigan State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division is hosting an Open House and Recruiting Event on Monday, November 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the East Bound New Buffalo Weigh Station, located near mile marker 2 on Interstate 94 East, New Buffalo, MI. Vehicles can pull off on the ramp to the scales, drive in the outside lane to the opposite side of the scale house and then turn right around to the rear of the building.
Attendees will learn more about weigh station operations and other critical functions of our Motor Carrier Officers. We invite you to consider job opportunities with us, and we will have recruiters on site to administer baseline fitness testing, assist with the application process, answer questions about the career and explain benefits.
Information will also be available about trooper and civilian careers.
