1. Call to Order
   1. Chairman, Kevin A. Smith called the meeting to order at 1:24 pm.
2. Roll Call
   1. Let the record show that (5) Commission members were present. A quorum was not present at this meeting.
3. Approval of proposed Minutes from the FRC’s February 27, 2023, School District Monthly Meeting
   1. In the absence of a quorum at the March 27, 2023, meeting, it was agreed that approval of the February 27, 2023, FRC School District meeting minutes will be tabled for the April 17, 2023, meeting.
4. Executive Director’s Report
   1. Patrick Dostine, Executive Director, informed the meeting that in reviewing the monthly financial reports for DPS and DPSCD, for the month February 28, 2023, the School District continues to pay its debt obligations, remains in compliance, and there is no reason to consider rescinding the waivers at this time.

   1. School District Regular Meeting: Monday, April 17, 20232, following the City Meeting, beginning no earlier than 1:05 pm, remotely using Microsoft Teams.

   1. Motion made by Commissioner Rose and supported by Commissioner Vidito to adjourn. The Commission approved the motion to adjourn.
   2. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
