Call to Order

Chair, Larry Steckelberg called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

Approval of Minutes

A motion was made to approve the February 18, 2026, board meeting minutes by John Lamerato and supported by Mike Grodi. The Board unanimously approved the February 18, 2026, meeting minutes. 3 ayes and 0 nays.

Correspondence

Kathy Harrison gave a Treasury communication and outreach report update to the Board.

New Business

Updated Best Practices and Strategies

Nick Brousseau was asked to review the Updated Best Practices and Strategies with the Board:

A motion was made to approve Treasury to release the document with the draft changes for a public comment period of 25 days. by Mike Grodi and supported by John Lamerato.

The Board unanimously approved the Updated Best Practices and Strategies document be released for public comment. 3 ayes and 0 nays. Motion passed.

Protecting MI Pension Grant Corrective Action Plan Monitoring Certifications Of Compliance (Resolution 2026-04)
