Subject: :2026 County Multipliers for 2025 Assessor’s Manual Cost Schedules

The 2026 County Multipliers for use with the 2025 cost schedules contained in Volumes I and II of the Assessor’s Manual are linked below. The 2026 County Multipliers are to be used in the 2026 equalization appraisal studies for the purpose of establishing the 2027 base.  

Assessors should note that the State Tax Commission will continue to approve County Multipliers annually. However, for those assessors using CAMA software, the County Multipliers will automatically be included through the software providers’ direct connection to the Marshall Swift System. Assessors will not be required to manually input or select their County Multiplier.
