Michigan Equalization e-filing System
The State Tax Commission’s current system for counties to file Forms 4626, 2795 (L-4046), and the Apportionment Report - Millage Rate Entry is through the Equalization e-filing System.
Forms 5571 (L-4014a), 3689 (L-4027i), 4618 (L-4015), 4504 (L-4015a), 2793 (L-4017/4047), 602 & 603 (L-4018 P/R), 607 (L-4022), 608 (L-4024), 2164 (L-4023), and 3215 (L-4113) shall be filed in the Michigan Equalization Gateway (MEG).
