Can Licensing Coordinators use ILOS?

  • Yes, however they must be affiliated as a Licensing Coordinator.

  • If a Licensing Coordinator represents multiple agencies, they must be affiliated with each agency separately.

  • SSN and date of birth are required when affiliating any individual, including Licensing Coordinators.

  • A Licensing Coordinator cannot add additional affiliation titles to their own individual agency affiliation.
