If my ILOS account is locked or I forget my password, how do I proceed?

  • A locked account will automatically unlock in 30 - 60 minutes.

  • If the password is forgotten, click the Forgot Password link on the ILOS Login page. An email message with a temporary password will be sent to the email address listed on the ILOS account.
