Who can use ILOS?

  • Individuals actively affiliated with an agency.

    • To verify the active affiliates (individual associations) of an agency, please use the Insurance Agency Locator on the DIFS website.

    • Enter the System ID Number or the FEIN in the appropriate field; click Submit.

    • Click the name of the agency to view agency details.

    • Scroll to the Individual Associations section; click “here” to view affiliate information.

  • Only the following active affiliation types can add a DRLP: existing DRLP, Director, Licensing Coordinator, Member, Officer, Owner, Partner and Stockholder.

  • Only the following active affiliation types can add a Licensing Coordinator: DRLP, Director, existing Licensing Coordinator, Member, Officer, Owner, Partner and Stockholder.

  • An active affiliation type of affiliate, producer, or dealer can only view licensing information and cancel their own individual agency affiliation.
