Todd White

Todd White is the Director of the Bureau of Transportation Planning at the Michigan Department of Transportation. 

In addition to being a non-voting member on the Michigan Infrastructure Council, Todd is a voting member for Michigan for the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) committee on planning; he is also a member of the Mid America Association of State Transportation Officials Planning Committee.

Todd has spent most of his career in the public sector, the last 21 yrs in different capacities with the State of Michigan.

Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major: Environmental Analysis and Land use Planning as well as Earth Science from Central Michigan University.  He also earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University (CMU).
