The Infrastructure Conference brings together practitioners, leaders, and partners from across Michigan to share practical insights, emerging ideas, and real-world lessons that strengthen how we plan, build, and maintain infrastructure.
We are seeking presenters who can contribute thoughtful, experience-driven sessions that support collaboration, innovation, and informed decision-making across sectors. Whether your work highlights policy, planning, funding, technology, operations, or community impact, we welcome proposals that offer clear value to attendees and advance the broader infrastructure conversation.

Submission Guidelines
- Fill out the Presenters Submission Form by March 30, 2026, to be considered.
- Include details like the title, presenters, abstract, objectives, format, and other information outlined in the submission form.
- Following the deadline for submissions, the IIC content planning committee may reach out to submitters for further information for the consideration process. Sessions that meet the Key Emphasis Areas will be prioritized by the committee.
