Ahmad Ramadan serves as an Infrastructure Liaison for the State of Michigan’s Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, where he helps lead cross-agency coordination for the Build Michigan’s Infrastructure Workforce initiative. In this role, he brings together state departments, workforce partners, employers, and community stakeholders to align infrastructure investments with workforce development strategies that create lasting economic opportunity for Michigan workers.
Ahmad’s leadership is rooted in coalition building, strategic partnerships, and turning complex policy goals into coordinated action. With experience spanning state government, the White House, U.S. Department of Labor, political campaigns, and community organizing, he has built a career focused on connecting people, programs, and resources to drive impact. He is especially passionate about building systems that break down silos, strengthen collaboration, and ensure public investments translate into real opportunities for workers, families, and communities.
