Arin Yu

Arin Yu is a community planner at Carlisle/Wortman Associates with a background in affordable housing development.

During her time at the Ann Arbor Housing Commission, she helped manage the Dunbar Tower project from initial concept through to construction completion and occupation. Arin was deeply involved in the community engagement, financing, building construction, documentaries, and public call for muralists that shaped this unique project.

Her experience with the complexities of affordable housing development is matched by a passion for sustainable urban design, and she enjoys collaborating with communities to generate opportunities for both. Arin holds a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan.
