Cassie Rowlands

Cassie Rowlands currently manages the Elective Pay technical assistance program for the Michigan Infrastructure Office Technical Assistance Center.

For the last two years, Cassie has worked with state governments to support local communities and nonprofits seeking to invest in clean energy.

For the past decade, Cassie has held various public sector roles at the state and federal levels focused on accelerating the transition to clean energy, and on minimizing impacts on our environment.

She received her BA from the University of Maryland and her MA from King’s College London. Cassie loves being outdoors, whether it be playing with her dogs, gardening with her husband, or kayaking with friends.
