Transportation Planning Specialist, MDOT

Eric Costa works for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) in the Asset Management and Policy Division supporting the TAMC in PASER and IRT data analysis, forecasting, and reporting. During Eric’s 16-year tenure at MDOT he has also worked in the Statewide Planning Division in program development, monitoring and reporting as well as MDOT’s Environmental Clearance section performing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reviews for Local Agency Programs.
