Chief Financial Officer, City of Rochester Hills

Joe Snyder serves as the CFO for the City of Rochester Hills, directly overseeing the City’s budget, capital planning, and investment portfolio.

He serves on City committees managing Public Safety & Infrastructure and Water & Sewer Rate Setting.

A recognized leader in public finance, Joe is the Vice President of the Michigan Governmental Finance Officers Association (MGFOA), Treasurer of the Michigan CLASS Board of Trustees, and on the MMRMA Investment Committee.

He holds an MBA from Oakland University and is an Advanced Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM).
