Kaisra Osman is the Manager of Strategic Asset Management Planning at GLWA. She helped lead the development of the Strategic Asset Management Plan and tactical AMPs and now oversees key initiatives that align asset management practices across water and wastewater services. She works closely with business units to advance strategy, standardize processes, and embed best practices. Kaisra also leads asset‑management communications and training to support a culture of efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
