Olivia Olsztyn-Budry is the Linear System Integrity Program (LSIP) Manager with Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA). The LSIP is a long-term cyclical program that applies asset management principals to GLWA’s water and sewer infrastructure for condition assessment, risk prioritization, and renewal and replacements. Olivia has her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, and her Professional Engineer’s License and her S-1 Drinking Water Operator Certification from the State of Michigan. Olivia’s experience includes municipal engineering, local government, project management, and permitting.
