Palencia Mobley, P.E.

Palencia Mobley, P.E. is the Senior Advisor, Water Infrastructure for the Environmental Policy Innovation Center (EPIC).

She is serving her third term as Chair of the Michigan Infrastructure Council and has been a voting member since her appointment by the governor in 2018.

She is also serving a third term as the first external director on the board of Limnotech, an Ann Arbor based engineering firm.

She operates Mode Collective, a consulting agency providing technical direction for resilience projects in the water and sewer industry.

Palencia is an alumna of the University of Michigan (B.S., chemical engineering) and Wayne State University (M.S., civil and environmental engineering).
