Sabrina Edgar serves as the Village Manager for the Village of Grass Lake, where she is responsible for guiding the community’s day-to-day operations, implementing the policies set by the Village Council, and ensuring the effective delivery of municipal services. In this leadership role, she manages budgets, oversees infrastructure projects, coordinates with regional and state agencies, and works closely with residents to address community needs.

A graduate of the Michigan Infrastructure Council’s Asset Management Champion Training Program, Sabrina brings specialized expertise in infrastructure planning, asset lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making. Her approach emphasizes fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, and proactive planning to ensure that Grass Lake’s public assets are maintained and improved for long-term sustainability.
