Sarah Watkins

Sarah Watkins is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Chemistry and BS in Molecular Plant Biology. Sarah has been with Great Lakes Water Authority for just over nine years, beginning her career as a chemist in the Wastewater Operations Laboratory before transitioning to the Maintenance Team as a Planner/Scheduler for the Secondary and Disinfection Treatment areas. In early 2024, she joined the Enterprise Asset Management Group where she supports the Water Resource Recovery Facility teams with asset record integrity, preventative maintenance optimization, and regularly holds trainings to ensure team members get the most out of GLWA’s CMMS, NEXGEN.
