Mohamad is a Wayne State University graduate, currently obtaining his master’s in biomedical engineering. He began at GLWA as an intern in May of 2024 and transitioned into a team member role in September of that year. He primarily works with GLWA’s Water Treatment Plants helping them manage their vertical assets. He also supports the water planning and metering team in managing, organizing, updating and tagging their asset information in the system. His role includes system support, training, managing data integrity and process improvements across various teams and groups across GLWA.
Willow is a Management Professional in GLWA’s Enterprise Asset Management group, supporting vertical assets in Wastewater Conveyance and Water Transmission. She partners with operations and maintenance teams to enhance work management in the NEXGEN CMMS, focusing on preventive maintenance, work execution, asset data integrity, backlog management, and lifecycle planning. Her role also includes system support, training, and process improvements that strengthen data quality, maintenance efficiency, and operational reliability. She is committed to continuous improvement and advancing effective asset‑management practices.
Kashif is a Management Professional in GLWA’s Enterprise Asset Management group, supporting linear assets in Wastewater Conveyance and Water Transmission through the LSIP initiative. He works closely with field crews and consultants on pipeline condition assessments, main‑break investigations, opportunistic inspections, and repair and renewal inspections. He also supports pilot projects for new inspection technologies and documents findings for leadership decision‑making. His responsibilities include asset tagging, naming, and data validation to strengthen data quality, maintenance efficiency, and operational reliability across the organization.
Megan joined the Enterprise Asset Management Group at GLWA in June 2025 after completing her master’s degree in industrial & operations engineering at the University of Michigan. She primarily supports asset management efforts at GLWA’s Water Resource Recovery Facility – the largest wastewater treatment plan in the United States. Since joining the EAMG, Megan has collaborated with a variety of teams at GLWA to support advancement in areas such as Preventative Maintenance, GIS integration, and data accessibility. Megan is passionate about empowering team members in their daily decisions by ensuring that relevant data is easy to access.
