Our ultimate goals are to:

Offer high-quality, member-centric care: Provide services that enhance members’ wellbeing and independence.
Improve service delivery: Foster an organizational commitment to innovation and respond proactively to industry shifts.
Increase access to care: Expand our geographic footprint to ensure 95% of Michigan's veterans have access to focused, high-quality, long-term care services within 75 miles of their home.
Expand availability of care: Increase the capacity and availability of options across the long-term continuum of care through expansion of operations and/or development of strategic partnerships.
Cultivate a workplace of choice: Create an environment in which those who serve our members feel proud to contribute their talents and feel supported as they do so.
Build community awareness and support: Ensure the people of Michigan – particularly veterans – know about our work and are enthusiastic with the results we are producing.
