Michigan Veteran Homes - Community Fundraising
Michigan Veteran Homes - Community Fundraising
Through Your Kindness
By 2031, we’d like to ensure 95% of Michigan's residents have access to our services within 75 miles of their home. We’re fortunate to have support from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we just can’t do it without you.
Why We're Soliciting Your Support
- An excellent quality of life for veterans in long-term care means providing life-enriching opportunities for veterans to stay engaged within their communities. From shopping trips to concerts, live music, sporting events, carnivals, luncheons, fishing trips, and so many other outings, community generosity allows us to do more for veterans.
- We’ve built two brand new homes in Grand Rapids and Chesterfield Township, and are currently building anew in Marquette Twp. – a home that will replace MVH D.J. Jacobetti. Community generosity allows us to create opportunities in these Homes that would otherwise not occur: from state-of-the-art therapy equipment to virtual reality opportunities and more. Michigan Veteran Homes are more than nursing homes – we’re true Homes for those who wore the uniform.
How You Can Help Us Reach Our Goals
