Dr. Geneva J. Williams, known as Dr. Geneva, is the Founder and CEO of Dr. Geneva Speaks, a company dedicated to advancing leadership skills among business and nonprofit professionals. Crain's Business named her one of the most influential women in Detroit and a 2022 Notable Nonprofit Leader. The National Association of Women Business Owners recognizes her as a leading businesswoman, and the Urban League honored her with the Distinguished Warrior Award for lifetime achievement.
A Morgan State University graduate, Dr. Geneva serves on Morgan’s Foundation board. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Wayne State University and a master's in social sciences from Bryn Mawr. Dr. Geneva is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
