Dr. Geneva J. Williams, known as Dr. Geneva, is the Founder and CEO of Dr. Geneva Speaks, a company dedicated to advancing leadership skills among business and nonprofit professionals. She was the first female president and CEO of a multimillion-dollar United Way in the Detroit metropolitan area and has raised over $100 million for community causes.

A Morgan State University graduate, Dr. Geneva holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Wayne State University and a master’s in social sciences from Bryn Mawr.
