Dr. Tracy Joshua is an enterprise transformation executive and Fortune 500 leader who has built a career at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and people leadership, leading organizations through complexity, accelerating growth, and developing high-performing teams across global businesses, public service, and nonprofit governance. With executive leadership spanning Kellogg’s/Kellanova, Mars Snacking, public education, healthcare/pharmaceutical, and automotive, she has built a distinguished career leading complex business transformations, developing high-performing organizations, and delivering lasting results through people-centered leadership. Known for turning strategy into execution, Dr. Joshua has successfully led global operations, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, start-up operations, and organizational transformation initiatives across North America, Europe, China, and South America. Prior to joining Kellogg’s, she served as Chief Procurement and Logistics Officer for Detroit Public Schools, where she played a pivotal role on the executive turnaround team that helped remove the district from federal and state high-risk status.
A respected governance and dynamic civic leader, Dr. Joshua serves on the Michigan Women's Commission, appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, as well as on the boards of the Kellogg Company 25 Year Fund, Hot Bread Kitchen, 360 Business Council, and Nothing But Education. Her leadership has earned numerous honors, including Michigan Chronicle's Women of Excellence, Crain's Grand Rapids Notable Black Leader, Michigan Women Forward's Women of Achievement and Courage, Executive of the Year, and Corp! Magazine's 2026 Inspiring Leader Recognition. Dr. Joshua holds degrees from Michigan State University, the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Doctor of Management in Executive Leadership from Walsh College. She also completed executive leadership programs at Harvard University and Thunderbird School of Global Management and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. In addition, Dr. Joshua has served as an adjunct professor, keynote speaker and has been featured in various articles and publications on business, diversity and women in leadership.
